Escrow.Red supports digital goods only, such as eSIMs, passwords, accounts, domain names, software, scripts, and website designs. These items can be securely transacted through our platform, ensuring fairness and protection for both buyers and sellers.

We cover situations where the purchased digital product is not functioning, is fake, or is otherwise unusable. If a buyer encounters any of these issues, they can file a dispute to initiate an investigation.

Contact us immediately with a detailed explanation of your issue, along with any video evidence, images, or screenshots. We then consult a randomly selected team of experts in that field—for instance, experienced eSIM vendors for eSIM-related disputes—to determine whether your claim is valid. If the team concludes that the item is indeed defective, your payment will be refunded.

Buyers have 48 hours to verify the purchased item. If no problems are reported within that period, the payment is released to the seller. This ensures that the buyer has enough time to check everything thoroughly.

You have a 100-day warranty through our Security Insurance Fund. If the product fails or becomes unusable during this period, you can file a claim with us. Once our experts validate your claim, the fund may reimburse you, providing additional peace of mind for your digital purchases.
